While rest is an essential part of your recovery, we recognize that visits with your family and friends are also important. We request that visitors observe certain guidelines for your comfort and recovery, and that of your roommate.
- Visitors may be asked to leave the room during treatments or examinations.
- Children are permitted to visit with an adult. Babies less than 18 months may visit by special arrangements made with the nursing staff.
- Patients classified as "Isolation" will have visiting hours restricted to their immediate family only. Exceptions can be authorized by the attending physician on a case-by-case basis. All visitors should check with the Nurses' Station prior to entering any room identified with an isolation sign.
- If you would like visitors limited, please notify your nurse who will post a sign on your door requesting all visitors to stop at the Nurses' Station before entering the room.
