Planning for discharge from Arkansas Methodist Medical Center will begin early in your stay to make sure that your transition from the hospital to home or another health facility is as smooth as possible.
The Case Management Department, your physician, and primary nurse will discuss a specific date of discharge with you and assist you with planning for further care when you leave the hospital
If you have difficulty arranging transportation, please inform your nurse. If you have concerns regarding discharge please contact your physician, nurse or the Social Services Department at 870-239-7153.
