Arkansas Methodist Medical Center's 8 bed Intensive Care/Cardiac Care Unit is designed for patients who have serious illnesses and require constant intensive care or specialized equipment that is not available in the customary nursing division. State-of-the-art equipment in the ICCU carefully monitors each patient and provides a constant link between each patient and the highly-trained ICCU medical Staff.
Critical Care at AMMC is a highly specialized area which requires the most advanced nursing skills and knowledge and is therefore staffed with an elite group of highly trained nurses and physicians.
